v3 MCP changes ship through the same release process as the rest of Apostra. Release notes identify feature-specific availability and limitations. A new documentation page does not by itself enable a feature for an account. The v3 limitations page is the current compatibility reference. Check it and the live tools/list schema before adopting a newly documented workflow.
