Response

The single-advertiser endpoint always returns the resolved linkedBrand (with the full ADCP manifest). brandCountries is the advertiser’s BrandKey market scope. When brandCountriesKnown is true, an empty brandCountries list means the country scope does not block automatic matching in any country a seller declares; channel overlap and the seller’s other listing and transaction eligibility rules still apply. When brandCountriesKnown is false, the empty list belongs to a legacy advertiser whose country scope is still unknown and must be classified before seller activation. preferredTimezone is its reporting preference, and channels are editable planning preferences that affect automatic matching. When channelsKnown is true, an empty channels list is the All channels answer. When it is false, the advertiser has not chosen its channels yet, and no seller account is set up ahead of time until it does. These fields do not create advertiser-owned seller selection edges. linkedAccounts, utmConfig, and frequencyCaps appear when configured. A brandWarning is present when the brand reference could not be resolved.
