Deprecated. This page documents the v2 buyer API, which is closed to new API clients and switches off on 1 December 2026. Use V3 instead: see Move a v2 buyer REST integration to V3. The conversion endpoint, Log event, stays open.
GET /api/v2/buyer/advertisers/{advertiserId}/measurement-records Lists the outcome records uploaded for an advertiser, with optional filtering by outcome type, geo, date range, media buy, and package. To read outcome counts beside each package’s daily spend, with the cost per outcome worked out, use cost per outcome in reporting instead of joining this list to spend yourself.

The data payload is the array of matching records, ordered by timeWindowStart and then id. The total count and paging state are returned in the meta.pagination block (skip, take, total, hasMore); see Pagination. You can page two ways. Offset paging (take / skip) works as before. Cursor paging is quicker on large result sets: while meta.pagination.hasMore is true, meta.pagination.nextCursor holds the cursor for the next page. Send it back as cursor with the same filters and take. A page fetched with cursor reports skip: 0; use hasMore and nextCursor to continue, and treat the cursor as opaque. A cursor the API did not issue returns 400 VALIDATION_ERROR.

Errors

  • 400 VALIDATION_ERROR — malformed startDate/endDate date, or a cursor the API did not issue.
  • 404 NOT_FOUND — advertiserId does not exist or is not visible to the authenticated account.
